Career of Interest: ---Evolutionary Biologist---If we as a species are still around in the distant future, what will become of us and our home, Earth? Will we be so technologically advanced that we travel beyond our home? To other worlds? It's an exciting premise, and countless media outlets have used it to tell fantastic stories. For my fourth and final Apollo project, I wanted to take a look at a different side of this sci-fi idea. What will be the Earth's legacy to the future human race? Some generations of the future may not even know there is another blue marble like theirs out there. How would the history of life on Earth be documented and remembered?

As with any project, I begun with research. Before going into this project, I had known a lot about the history of vertebrate evolution on Earth. Likewise, researching this subject was still incredibly fun for me, and I did learn some things about the history of life that I did not previously know. For example, I learned about exact reasons that amphibians made modifications for their terrestrial design, which lead to the evolution of the first reptiles.
